Shipping and Delivery Policy

Where we ship
We ship physical goods anywhere in India. We do not ship outside India.
Dispatch and delivery
In-stock items are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery then usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Custom and made-to-order items take longer. We tell you that timeline when the order is confirmed.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout, or they are already included in the price. Where a product says that shipping and taxes are included, you do not pay a separate shipping charge.
Tracking
When a shipment has a tracking number, we send it by email or WhatsApp.
Damage in transit
If the parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. Do not discard the packaging until we have replied. We will replace the item or refund it, as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
